Many other offshore placement firms charge $3,000+ per month when the hire only costs them $1,000 per month. They encourage this by handling all the admin, payroll, etc, but you can easily just use a company like Remote directly and pay a very small fee (as low as ~$30 per month). Direct placement is by far the cheapest and easiest way to do things, so thatā€™s all we do.

We offer a 90-day period after hire to request a free replacement (no questions asked). All of our candidates are interviewed by accounting experts so we are confident in the candidates we present.

We only place full-time roles. The quality of offshore experts you get when hiring full-time is much higher. Our candidates are smart and can do a lot so most companies have no problem providing full-time opportunities.

One reason we focus on the Philippines is that they have very strong English proficiency and communication skills. Plus they are very dedicated and hard workers!

The Philippines is 9 to 12 hours ahead of the U.S. There are a few things to consider when hiring in a different timezone

  • Most are willing to work different hours so at least some part of their workday overlaps with the U.S or Europe
  • Many are willing to work a complete ā€œgraveyardā€ shift where they exclusively work U.S. hours. This is quite common in the Philippines
  • Depending on the role, having a different time zone can actually be helpful because they can complete a lot of work during their day and have stuff ready for you when you start your day.
