• Most are willing to work different hours so at least some part of their workday overlaps with the U.S or Europe
• Many are willing to work a complete “graveyard” shift where they exclusively work U.S. hours. This is quite common in the Philippines
• Depending on the role, having a different time zone can actually be helpful because they can complete a lot of work during their day and have stuff ready for you when you start your day.
